State Bank and Trust now offers 24 Hour Telephone Banking. This new service may be accessed by dialing {205} 487-2896 from a touch tone phone. The first time that you use this feature a new PIN {Personal Identification Number} must be selected. Your old PIN will be the last four digits of you Social Security Number. The new PIN is used to protect customer account information. The menu is easy to understand and the instructions will help you with the necessary steps to access information about your checking, savings, certificate of deposit or loan account. Here are the steps that you will need to take in order to change your PIN:

• Dial the 24-Hour Banking Number which is 205-487-2896
• Select Option #1 by Pressing the "1" button on your Touch-Tone phone.
• Select Option #5 by Pressing the "5" button on your Touch-Tone phone.
• Follow the instructions given at the various prompts.
