“I’ve known Collins Davis for years,” Hayes Shirley said. “I grew up two houses down from him.”
So when it came time for Hayes and Valarie to build a new home, they turned to SB&T for their financing.
“It took us eight months to build,” Hayes said, “and SB&T did our construction to permanent financing. They made it so easy. This type of financing can be complicated, but not with SB&T. They made it super easy. It was basically banking done with a few phone calls.”
Hayes added his family — Valarie and their two children — have settled into their new home and are enjoying it very much. “My wife and kids love the house,” he said, “we appreciate how simple they made this. SB&T did an absolutely great job.”
